Sound has transformed my life. Whether it be music, the birds chattering, or a flowing river — sound has been an integral part of my healing journey and creating peace within my body. It is my joy and passion to assist other women in discovering that same peace within themselves through sound.
A big portion of adulthood for me has been overcoming insecurity and shame. Being on the other side of those years, I love walking women through seeing who they truly are — be it through sound, color, or a simple conversation.
When do you feel the most beautiful? - Nature is my most adored mirror. It’s unconditional, non-biased, and imperfectly perfect. I have found more compassion and acceptance of myself through getting lost in the ripples of water or in the details of soil. It’s such a blessing to be surrounded by so precise of a mirror at the Beauty Retreat!
